Potential coronavirus vaccine to enter combined Phase 2/3 in global trials

The Kendall County Health Department announced 25 new COVID-19 cases on Monday. The county's total is up to 1274. There were 26 new recoveries. Those in recovery make up about 68% of the total cases. There have been 23 deaths.

In DeKalb County, there were seventeen new cases reported for a total of 804 cases. There have been 24 deaths. There were no new cases reported at the two long term care facilities in Sandwich and DeKalb that have had outbreaks.

The LaSalle County Health Department reported five new cases on Monday for a total of 418. There were four new recoveries for a total of 235.

In Kane County 115 new cases were added. Deaths remain at 294.

The Illinois Department of Public Health announced 1,231 new cases on Monday and eighteen new deaths. Illinois has had 172,655 cases and 7,416 deaths.
