Note to Readers: Information presented here is obtained from the city police and sheriff's departments. Individuals listed in reports who have been charged with a crime have not been proven guilty in court.

Kendall County Sheriff's Office:

Kendall County deputies arrested 29-year-old Samantha Sacckette, of Montgomery, Friday from the 0-99 block of Aldon Road in Boulder Hill. She was named in a warrant for missing court in a driving while suspended case and was taken to the Kendall County Jail.

DeKalb County Sheriff's Office:

DeKalb County deputies arrested a Somonauk man on Thursday and charged him with DUI.  33-year-old Darvil Hayes was pulled over on Route 23 south of Waterman after he was spotted swerving on the roadway. Police say Hayes admitted to drinking and that there were open alcohol containers in the vehicle. He was arrested and taken to the DeKalb County Jail.

Oswego Police Department:

Oswego police picked up 25-year-old Gary L. Glover, of Oswego, Friday at Douglas and Fernwood roads. He was named in a warrant and was charged with driving with a suspended license. Glover was released with his notice to be in court.

21-year-old Chase A. Credit, of Aurora, was arrested at Wolf and Route 30 by Oswego police on Thursday. He's charged with obstructing identification and not having a valid driver's license.

43-year-old Booker T. Spence, of Maywood, was arrested by Oswego police on Thursday at Routes 30 and 31 by Oswego police. He was named in a domestic battery warrant and a violation of an order of protection warrant. Spence was also charged with driving with a suspended license. He was taken to the Kendall County Jail.

28-year-old Vanessa B. Hakiza, of Plainfield, was arrested by Oswego Police on Thursday at Route 71 and Wolf. Police picked her up an a warrant for missing court in a driving while suspended case.

Oswego police on Wednesday arrested 23-year-old Kevin Villalpondo, of Oswego, and 30-year-old Erik Urbina, of Yorkville at Van Buren and Madison streets. The two are charged with unlawful transportation of cannabis in a vehicle. Both were released with court dates.
