DeKalb County Sheriff's Office:
An Elburn man is under arrest after a rollover crash on Old State Road west of Sycamore Sunday. The DeKalb County Sheriff's Office says that 21-year-old Tyler Williams had driven his vehicle off Old State Road where it rolled and landed upright in a ditch. Williams was arrested for DUI after he is said to have told police that he was drinking alcohol.
DeKalb County Deputies picked up a Geneva man on a Batavia Police warrant for missing court in a drug case on Sunday at First Street and Rich Road north of DeKalb. 32-year-old Mark D. Jendrzejczyk was taken to the DeKalb County Jail.
Kendall County Health Department:
Kendall County Deputies arrested 42-year-old Sergio E. Duran, of Montgomery, from the 0-99 block of Scarsdale in Boulder Hill Saturday.The arrest follows a three vehicle crash. Duran is alleged to have hit a parked truck, pushing it into a second parked truck. He's charged with DUI and was ticketed for improper lane use, illegal transportation of alcohol, and possession of adult use cannabis in an unapproved container.
Montgomery Police Department:
Montgomery police arrested 26-year-old Morgan McBeth, of Aurora, Friday from the 2000 block of Orchard Road. McBeth is charged with retail theft. She was released with a notice to be in court.
20-year-old Alexis Almaraz, of Aurora, was arrested by Montgomery police after a traffic accident at Orchard and Jericho roads Sunday. Almaraz is charged with DUI, failure to reduce speed to avoid a crash, and illegal transportation of alcohol. He was released with his notice to be in court.
A Montgomery man was arrested on Saturday from E. Mill Street and charged with criminal damage to property. 46-year-old Abel Caballero is accused of damaging property and preventing a victim from calling 911 to report it. He was taken to the Kane county Jail.
Oswego Police Department:
One person was injured in a three vehicle crash Saturday at Plainfield Road and Templeton Drive in Oswego Saturday. Oswego police say a vehicle driven by 24-year-old Kristal Ochoa, of Bristol, was traveling east on Plainfield road and didn't notice the two vehicles in front of her slow down causing a crash. One of the other drivers suffered minor injuries, but wasn't taken to the hospital.
50-year-old Robert Barwicki, of Oswego, was arrested Saturday from the 400 block of Ogden Fall Blvd. He's charged with domestic battery, criminal damage to government property, and interference with the reporting of a domestic. He was booked into the Kendall County Jail.
Yorkville Police Department:
Yorkville police ticketed Efren Ibanez-Tamayo for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. The ticket follows a two-vehicle, head-on crash at Bertran Drive and Marquette Street Saturday afternoon. No one was hurt.
Yorkville police took three reports of damaged mailboxes in the Greenbriar Subdivision Sunday and Monday. Two mailboxes were damaged on Barberry and another was damaged on Walsh.
