DeKalb County Sheriff's Office:

A Sandwich man was arrested for DUI and DUI over .08 following an incident near Sandwich on Sunday.

According to the DeKalb County Sheriff's Office, deputies pulled over a vehicle being driven by 21-year-old Brian Bialas of Chicago Rd. for improper lane usage and speeding in the area of Chicago Rd. and Creek Rd. at around 3:24 a.m.

Upon investigation, deputies arrested Bialas for DUI and DUI over .08; he was additionally cited for Improper Lane Usage and Speeding.

Bialas was transported to the DeKalb County Jail for booking.

Kendall County Sheriff's Office:

Officials with the Kendall County Sheriff's Office are currently investigating a domestic battery that occurred near Yorkville on Saturday.

According to a report, deputies responded to the 8000 blk. of Van Emmon Rd. at around 2:18 p.m. to investigate.

No injuries were reported, and no arrests have yet been made.

Officials with the Kendall County Sheriff's Office are currently investigating a burglary to motor vehicle incident that occurred near Minooka on Saturday.

According to a report, deputies were dispatched to the 1000 blk. of Holt Rd. at around 6:38 a.m. to investigate.

An unknown offender or offenders allegedly entered two unlocked vehicles at a residence.

An investigation is on-going.

Officials with the Kendall County Sheriff's Office responded to a domestic battery incident in Boulder Hill on Sunday.

According to a report deputies responded to the 0-99 blk. of Eastfield Rd. on Sunday to investigate the incident, which allegedly occurred on Friday.

No charges were listed; an investigation is on-going.

A Plano man was arrested for DUI following an incident near Plano early Monday morning.

According to the Kendall County Sheriff's Office, deputies performed a traffic stop on a vehicle being driven by 50-year-old Jesus Lopez-Rueda of Kristen St. for improper lane usage and making an improper right turn near the intersection of Hoffman St. and Deames St. at around 12:30 a.m.

Upon investigation, deputies arrested Lopez-Rueda for DUI; he was additionally cited for Improper Lane Usage and Improper Right Turn.

Lopez-Rueda was transported to the Kendall County Jail for booking.

Officials with the Kendall County Sheriff's Office are currently investigating a harassment by telephone incident that occurred near Boulder Hill on Saturday.

According to a report, deputies responded to the 200 blk. of Boulder Hill Pass at around 12:21 p.m. to investigate.

The victim alleged that an acquaintance allegedly continuously called him from a restricted telephone number with the intent of harassment.

An investigation is on-going.

According to a report, deputies responded to the 0-99 blk. of Afton Dr. at around 7:00 p.m. to investigate.

Oswego Police Department:

An Aurora man was arrested for Retail Theft following an incident in Oswego on Saturday.

According to a report, officers responded to a business in the 2300 blk. of Rt. 34 at around 9:46 a.m. to investigate.

Upon arrival, officers arrested 27-year-old Karl Loyd of Hidden Pond Cir. for Retail Theft.

Loyd was released on a personal recognizance bond with an upcoming Kendall County Court date.

An Aurora man was arrested for DUI following an incident in Oswego on Sunday.

According to a report, officers were dispatched to the area of Orchard Rd. and Galena Rd. at around 12:09 a.m.

Upon arrival, officers arrested 28-year-old Paul Brock-Haynes of Fox Pointe Cir. for DUI; he was additionally cited for Speeding, Improper Lane Usage and No Proof of Insurance.

Brock-Haynes was released after posting bond with a future court date.

Officials with the Oswego Police Department are investigating an incident in which a victim was allegedly scammed out of money on Friday.

According to a report, officers responded to the 3000 blk. of Rt. 34 at around 4:15 p.m. to investigate.

Upon arrival, the victim reported to officers that he had been scammed out of $8,000 via telephone.

An investigation is on-going.

Officials with the Oswego Police Department are currently investigating a hit and run incident that occurred on Saturday.

According to a report, officers responded to the 2000 blk. of Farmington Lake Dr. at around 3:55 a.m. to investigate.

No injuries were reported.

Plano Police Department:

A Plano man was arrested for DUI following a single vehicle accident in Plano early Monday morning.

According to the Plano Police Department, officers responded to the 900 blk. of W. South St. at around 1:17 a.m. to investigate.

Upon arrival officers found that the driver of the suspect vehicle, 23-year-old Isrrael Moreno-Solis of W. Charles St., was driving under the influence of alcohol.

Officials say Moreno-Solis' vehicle was the only vehicle involved in the accident, and no injuries were reported.

Moreno-Solis was arrested for DUI and was released with a future court date after posting bond.

Yorkville Police Department:

A Yorkville woman was arrested for DUI following an incident in Yorkville on Sunday.

According to the Yorkville Police Department, officers were dispatched to the 900 blk. of N. Bridge St. at around 5:03 p.m. following reports of a suspicious vehicle.

Upon investigation officers arrested the driver of that vehicle, 36-year-old Heather Money of Titus Dr., for DUI.

A Yorkville man was arrested for Aggravated Domestic Battery following an incident in Yorkville on Thursday.

According to the Yorkville Police Department, officers responded to the 3000 blk. of Preston Ave. at around 10:19 p.m. to investigate a domestic battery report.

Upon investigation, officers arrested 35-year-old Christopher Auld of Preston Ave. for Aggravated Domestic Battery.

No injuries were reported.

A Geneva woman was arrested for Domestic Battery following an incident in Yorkville on Saturday.

According to the Yorkville Police Department, officers responded to the 2000 blk. of S. Bridge St. at around 8:00 p.m. to investigate.

Upon arrival, the victim reported to officers that 28-year-old Donna Sury of Armstrong Ln. allegedly slapped him in the face.

Officers arrested Sury for Domestic Battery; no injuries were reported.
