DeKalb County Sheriff's Office:

A Hinckley man was arrested for Domestic Battery following an incident in Hinckley on Sunday.

According to the DeKalb County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to the 400 blk. of W. Lincoln Ave. at around 8:14 p.m. to investigate a domestic dispute.

Upon investigation, it was found that 27-year-old Mitchell Ingle of Ray St. allegedly struck the victim.

Ingle was arrested and was transported to the DeKalb County Jail for booking.

Kendall County Sheriff's Office:

Officials with the Kendall County Sheriff's Office are currently investigating a DUI that occurred near Oswego on Saturday.

According to a report, deputies responded to the area of Arbor Ln. and Pleasant View Dr. at around 9:04 p.m. to investigate.

No arrests were made in the incident.

Officials with the Kendall County Sheriff's Office are currently investigating a criminal damage to property incident that occurred in Boulder Hill on Monday.

According to a report, deputies responded to the 0-99 blk. of Aldon Rd. at around 10:24 p.m. to investigate.

No further details were provided.

Oswego Police Department:

Officials with the Oswego Police Department are currently investigating a credit card fraud incident that occurred in Oct. 2019.

According to a report, officers responded to the 200 blk. of Mondovi Dr. on Sunday to investigate.

No further details were provided.

An Aurora man was arrested for Criminal Damage to Property following an incident in Oswego on Sunday.

According to the Oswego Police Department, officers responded to the 400 blk. of Badger Ln. at around 3:00 p.m. to investigate.

Upon arrival, officers arrested 23-year-old Jecorey Harden of N. Gladstone Ave. for Criminal Damage to Property.

Harden was released on a personal recognizance bond with a pending court date.

Yorkville Police Department:

There are pending citations for Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident, Improper Lane Usage and No Insurance for a driver that apparently left an accident scene in Yorkville last week.

Yorkville Police say the accident initially occurred last Tuesday night around 8:20 p.m. at the intersection of Route 34 and Route 47.

The driver of a Honda Civic was in the far turn lane of westbound Route 34 when they were preparing to turn south.

A 19 year-old Yorkville woman was in the turn lane to the right of the Civic when the driver of the Civic allegedly crossed over into the Yorkville woman's lane, causing damage to her vehicle.

The driver of the Civic left the scene but police said in a statement on Monday that the vehicle was later located and towed.

The driver will be cited when they can be identified and located.
