Kendall County Sheriff's Office:

Officials with the Kendall County Sheriff's Office are currently investigating a criminal damage to property incident that occurred in Boulder Hill on Saturday.

According to a report, deputies responded to the 0-99 blk. of Paddock St. at around 11:13 p.m. to investigate.

Damage was reported to a vehicle; an investigation is on-going.

A Channahon man was arrested for DUI following an incident near Minooka on Sunday.

According to the Kendall County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to the area of Rt. 52 and Line Rd. at around 2:47 a.m. to investigate.

Upon arrival, deputies arrested 46-year-old Christopher Pachorek of W. Drake Dr. for DUI; he was additionally cited for Improper Parking.

Pachorek was transported to the Kendall County Jail for booking.

Officials with the Kendall County Sheriff's Office are currently investigating a criminal sexual assault incident that in Oswego Twp.

According to a report, deputies responded to the 2000 blk. of Light Rd. at around 11:45 p.m. Saturday to investigate an incident, which allegedly occurred 10 years ago.

An investigation is on-going.

LaSalle County Sheriff's Office:

A Sheridan woman was injured in a single-vehicle rollover accident near Sheridan on Sunday.

According to the LaSalle County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to the 2600 blk. of N. 4251st Rd. at around 4:53 a.m. to investigate.

Upon arrival, deputies found that a vehicle being driven by 42-year-old Stacy Malfatti of Sheridan lost control due to road conditions.

Malfatti's vehicle entered the east side ditch and overturned.

Sheridan EMS transported Malfatti to an area hospital for treatment.

No citations were issued.

Naperville Fire Department:

No injuries were reported to civilians or firefighters following a structure fire at a Naperville residential building on Monday.

According to the Naperville Fire Department, crews were called to a residential building in the 1300 blk. of Royal St. George Dr. at around 11:14 a.m.

Upon investigation, crews found a small fire on the exterior wall of the home which was quickly extinguished.

There was no extension into the home, which was deemed habitable.

The fire was ruled as accidental in nature.

Officials with the Oswego Police Department are currently investigating a criminal trespass incident that occurred on Sunday.

According to a report, officers responded to the 400 blk. of Gloria Ln. at around 1:42 p.m. to investigate.

Officials with the Oswego Police Department are investigating the removal of a stop sign at an intersection in the village.

According to a report, officers responded to the intersection of Wolf Rd. and Harvey Rd. at around 4:50 p.m. on Saturday to investigate.

No further details were reported.

Yorkville Police Department:

A Newark juvenile was issued a citation in a two-vehicle accident that injured an Ottawa man in Yorkville on Sunday.

According to the Yorkville Police Department, officers responded to the area of Rt. 71 and Sleepy Hollow Rd. at around 7:06 p.m. to investigate.

Upon arrival, officers found that a vehicle being driven by a 17-year-old male juvenile of Newark failed to reduce speed and struck a vehicle being driven by a 59-year-old Ottawa man.

A passenger in the Ottawa man's vehicle, 58-year-old Kieth Godwin of Ottawa, was transported to Ottawa Hospital to be treated for injuries.

No other injuries were reported, and both vehicles were towed from the scene.

The juvenile was cited for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident.

A Plano man was charged with Criminal Damage to Property following an incident in Yorkville on Saturday.

According to the Yorkville Police Department, officers responded to the 100 blk. of E. Stagecoach Trl. at around 2:50 p.m. to investigate a call from a business owner.

The owner called when he found a television damaged in a rented room.

Upon investigation, officers charged 50-year-old Jeffrey Livingston of E. Park St. for Criminal Damage to Property.
