Kendall County Sheriff's Office:

Officials with the Kendall County Sheriff's Office are currently investigating an identity theft incident that occurred in Boulder Hill in Sept. 2019.

According to a report, deputies responded to the 0-99 blk. of Long Beach Rd. at around 11:16 a.m. to investigate.

No further details were provided.

Officials with the Kendall County Sheriff's Office are currently investigating a criminal damage to property incident that occurred near Yorkville on Sunday.

According to a report, deputies responded to the 6000 blk. of Minkler Rd. at around 1:16 p.m. to investigate.

Upon arrival, deputies found that two subjects allegedly damaged the windows of an an abandoned home in the area.

An investigation is on-going.

A Montgomery man was arrested for Domestic Battery and Interfering with the Reporting of Domestic Violence following an incident in Boulder Hill on Sunday.

According to the Kendall County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to the 100-200 blk. of Heathgate Rd. at around 9:30 a.m. to investigate.

Upon arrival, deputies arrested 44-year-old Darwin Jackson of Montgomery for Domestic Battery and Interfering with the Reporting of Domestic Violence.

Jackson was transported to the Kendall County Jail for booking procedures.

Officials with the Kendall County Sheriff's Office are currently investigating a theft incident that occurred in Boulder Hill on Sunday.

According to a report, deputies responded to the 0-99 blk. of Ingleshire Rd. at around 5:03 a.m. to investigate.

The victim reported to deputies that she had purchased items through Facebook which she did not receive.

An investigation is on-going.

Officials with the Oswego Police Department are currently investigating a deceptive practices incident that occurred on Sunday.

According to a report, officers responded to the 2800 blk. of Rt. 34 at around 9:56 p.m. to investigate.

An Oswego woman was arrested for two counts of Domestic Battery following an incident in Oswego on Sunday.

According to the Oswego Police Department, officers responded to the area of Oxbow Ave. and Fifth St. at around 1:30 a.m. to investigate.

Upon arrival, officers arrested 30-year-old Jessica Romero of Oxbow Ave. for two counts of Domestic Battery.

Romero was transported to the Kendall County Jail for booking.

A Yorkville woman was arrested for Domestic Battery following an incident in Oswego on Sunday.

According to the Oswego Police Department, officers responded to the 2400 blk. of Rt. 34 at around 7:49 p.m. to investigate.

Upon arrival, officers arrested 44-year-old Julia Ruiz of Van Emmon Rd. for Domestic Battery.

Ruiz was transported to the Kendall County Jail for booking.

Plano Police Department:

Minor injuries were reported to a Crest Hill woman following a single-vehicle rollover accident in Plano on Saturday.

According to the Plano Police Department, officers responded to the area of Galena Rd. and Little Rock Rd. at around 9:24 a.m. to investigate.

Upon arrival, officers found that a vehicle being driven by a 20-year-old Crest Hill woman left the roadway for an unknown reason and overturned.

The Crest Hill woman was treated on scene for injuries and was released.

The Plano Police Department was assisted on the scene of the accident by the Kendall County Sheriff's Office.

No citations were issued.
