Kendall County Sheriff's Office:

A Boulder Hill man was arrested for Criminal Damage to Property following an incident in Boulder Hill on Friday.

According to the Kendall County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to the 0-99 blk. of Afton Dr. at around 8:03 p.m. to investigate.

Upon arrival, deputies found that 31-year-old William Kuchmek of Stratford Rd. had allegedly caused damage to a victim's vehicle.

Kuchmek was arrested and was transported to the Kendall County Jail for booking.

A Yorkville woman was arrested for DUI following a property damage accident near Oswego on Friday.

According to the Kendall County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to the area of Orchard Rd. and Rt. 30 at around 11:15 p.m. to investigate the accident.

Upon arrival, deputies found that 51-year-old Maria Winde of Van Emmon Rd. was allegedly operating her vehicle while under the influence of alcohol when she failed to stop and struck the vehicle in front of her.

No injuries were reported.

Deputies arrested Winde for DUI; she was additionally cited for No Valid Proof of Insurance and Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident.

Oswego Police Department:

An Aurora man was arrested for DUI following an incident in Oswego on Friday.

According to the Oswego Police Department, the incident occurred in 600 blk. of Lincoln Station Dr. at around 12:18 a.m.

Upon investigation, officers arrested 26-year-old Joel Resendiz-Vazquez of Blackstone Dr. for DUI; he was also cited for No Valid Proof of Insurance and Improper Lane Usage.

Resendiz-Vazquez posted bond and was released with a court date.

A Montgomery man was arrested for DUI following an incident in Oswego on Friday.

According to the Oswego Police Department, the incident occurred in the area of Orchard Rd. and Rt. 34 at around 1:18 a.m.

Upon investigation, officers arrested 26-year-old Jacob Roberts of Kingston Ave. for DUI.

Roberts was transported to the Kendall County Jail for booking.

Officials with the Oswego Police Department are currently investigating a theft incident that occurred at an unknown time.

According to a report, officers responded to the 4700 blk. of Laughton Ave. at around 9:44 a.m. to investigate.

Upon arrival, the victim reported that over $3,900 in construction materials had been stolen.

An investigation is on-going.
