Note to Readers: Information presented here is obtained from the city police and sheriff's departments. Individuals listed in reports who have been charged with a crime have not been proven guilty in court.

Oswego Police:

Oswego Police arrested 30 year-old Sean Brockunier of Sir Barton Ln. in Montgomery on Saturday around 12:30 p.m. in the 3000 block of Rt. 34 in Oswego.

Brockunier was charged with DUI, Resisting/Obstructing a Peace Officer, Endangering the Life and Health of a Child and Hit and Run.

No further details were released by Oswego Police.


Sandwich Police:

Sandwich Police arrested 23 year-old Robert Fogleman of S. Elizabeth Dr. in Plainfield on multiple charges on Thursday at 3:21 a.m.

Fogleman was charged with Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol, Speeding and Operating an Uninsured Vehicle.

According to police, Fogleman was arrested near the corner of Suzy St. and Hilda Dr. on the Sandwich side of Lake Holiday.

Fogleman was released after posting bond at the Sandwich Police station.


DeKalb County Sheriff:

DeKalb County Sheriff's deputies arrested a DeKalb man after the deputies saw him traveling in the wrong lane on Somonauk Rd. at Chicago Rd. on Saturday around 11:40 p.m.

According the the sheriff's office, 33 year-old Arcenio Jimenez-Izaguirre of S. 4th St. in DeKalb was arrested for Driving Under the Influence, Driving While License Suspended and two failure to appear warrants out of Dekalb Co.

Jimenez-Izaguirre was transported to the DeKalb County Jail pending a bond hearing.


DeKalb County Sheriff's deputies arrested a man from Carpentersville and charged him with Driving Under the Influence following a traffic stop on Saturday around 3:30 a.m. at the intersection of Hinckley and Keslinger roads southwest of Maple Park.

35 year-old Brandon Johnson of Woodland Ave. in Carpentersville was also found to have a failure to appear warrant out of Ogle Co. for Driving While License Suspended.

Johnson was transported to the DeKalb County Jail in Sycamore.


A Sycamore teen was arrested on Saturday around 8:15 p.m. for going 124 miles per hour in a 55 mph zone on County Line Rd., at Keslinger Rd. south of Maple Park.

According to the DeKalb County Sheriff's Office, 19 year-old Joseph Sawallisch of DeKalb Ave. in Sycamore going 69 mph over the posted speed limit.

Sawallisch was taken to the DeKalb County Jail in Sycamore and charged with misdemeanor speeding.


Montgomery Police:

Montgomery Police arrested 43 year-old Richard Money of Titus Ln. in Yorkville for DUI following a two-vehicle crash that occurred on Friday around 5:00 p.m. at Orchard and Galena roads.

According to police, Money posted bond and was released.  No further details were provided by Montgomery Police.


Kendall County Sheriff:

20 year-old Adam Sharrard of Burr Oak Dr. in Oswego was arrested by Kendall County Sheriff's deputies for Speeding 26 to 34 mph over the limit.

Sharrard was arrested on Rt. 31 at Mill Road in Oswego on Saturday at 10:47 p.m.

Adam Sharrard was released on a personal recognizance and given a court date.
