Kendall County Sheriff's Office:

Officials with the Kendall County Sheriff's Office are currently investigating an identity theft incident that occurred near Yorkville on Jun. 2.

According to a report, deputies responded to the 6000 blk. of Minkler Rd. at around 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday to investigate.

The victim reported to deputies that someone had opened an account using his personal information.

An investigation is on-going.

Injuries were reported following a single-vehicle accident near Minooka on Wednesday.

According to the Kendall County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to the area of O'Brien Rd. and Whitewillow Rd. at around 8:10 a.m. to investigate.

According to a report, deputies responded to the 8000 blk. of Van Emmon Rd. at around 10:06 p.m. to investigate.

LaSalle County Sheriff's Office:

A Utica man and two LaSalle men were arrested and charged for Disorderly Conduct following an incident in rural LaSalle County on Wednesday.

According to the LaSalle County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to the 5100 blk. of Rt. 6 at around 6:16 p.m. to investigate a report of paintballs being shot at a house.

Upon investigation, deputies arrested 18-year-old John Senica of Utica, 18-year-old Robert Linn of LaSalle and 18-year-old Hunter Monterastelli of LaSalle for Disorderly Conduct.

All three men were issued notices to appear in court.

Oswego Police Department:

A Boulder Hill man was arrested for Retail Theft following an incident in Oswego on Wednesday.

According to the Oswego Police Department, officers responded to a business in the 2300 blk. of Rt. 34 at around 7:00 a.m. to investigate.

Upon investigation, officers arrested 37-year-old Matthew Duvall of Boulder Hill for Retail Theft and Criminal Trespass to Land.

Duvall was issued a personal recognizance bond and was released with an upcoming court date.

Officials with the Oswego Police Department are currently investigating a retail theft incident that occurred on Jul. 17.

According to a report, officers responded to the 2300 blk. of Rt. 34 at around 10:10 p.m. to investigate.

Around $1,057 in merchandise was reported stolen in the incident.

An investigation is on-going.

Yorkville Police Department:

A Binghamton, New York man was arrested for Retail Theft following an incident in Yorkville on Wednesday.

According to the Yorkville Police Department, officers responded to the 1800 blk. of Marketview Dr. at around 12:01 p.m. to investigate.

Upon investigation, officers arrested 33-year-old Daniel Troen of Susquehanna Rd. for Retail Theft.
