Kendall County Sheriff's Office:

Officials with the Kendall County Sheriff's Office are currently investigating a hit and run that resulted in property damage near Plano on Monday.

According to a report, deputies were dispatched to the 15000 blk. of Millhurst Rd. at around 7:27 p.m. to investigate.

Upon arrival, deputies discovered that a white 2001 Chevrolet Express van struck a row of mailboxes.

The operator left the scene of the accident and has not been identified.

No injuries were reported; an investigation is on-going.


Yorkville Police Department:

A Yorkville man was arrested for Domestic Battery following an incident in Yorkville on Monday.

According to the Yorkville Police Department, officers responded to the 300 blk. of McHugh Rd. at around 4:44 p.m. to investigate a domestic incident.

Upon investigation, officers arrested 54-year-old William Bueschen of McHugh Rd. for Domestic Battery.

Bueschen was transported to the Kendall County Jail for booking.
