Kendall County Sheriff's Office:

Officials with the Kendall County Sheriff's Office are currently investigating a domestic battery incident that occurred in Boulder Hill early Tuesday morning.

According to a report, deputies were dispatched to the 0-99 blk. of Amesbury Rd. at around 1:00 a.m. to investigate.

No charges were listed; an investigation is on-going.

Montgomery Police Department:

A Montgomery man was arrested for Domestic Battery following an incident in Montgomery on Sunday.

According to the Montgomery Police Department, officers responded to the 2200 blk. of Lynn Dr. at around 5:37 a.m. to investigate.

Upon arrival, deputies found that 31-year-old Juan Zavala Jr. of Lynn Dr. had allegedly battered a victim.

Officials say Zavala initially fled the scene, but was located during a traffic stop on Rt. 30 near 5th Ave. in Montgomery.

Zavala was arrested for two counts of Domestic Battery and was transported to the Kendall County Jail for booking.

A Montgomery man was arrested for Domestic Battery following an incident in Montgomery on Sunday.

According to the Montgomery Police Department, officers were dispatched to the 2200 blk. of Jericho Rd. at around 2:21 a.m. to investigate.

Upon investigation, officers found that 29-year-old Michael Rohrer of Jericho Rd. allegedly battered a subject with whom he was in a relationship.

Rohrer was arrested for two counts of Domestic Battery and was transported to the Kane County Jail for booking.

Oswego Police Department:

An Aurora man was arrested on three outstanding warrants and a number of traffic charges following a hit and run accident in Oswego on Sunday.

According to the Oswego Police Department, officers responded to the area of Orchard Rd. and Mill Rd. at around 4:19 p.m. to investigate.

Upon investigation, officers arrested 40-year-old Chad Grubbs of Bowditch Ave. on three outstanding warrants; he was additionally charged with Failure to Report an Accident to a Police Authority and Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident.

Grubbs was transported to the Kendall County Jail for booking.
