Yorkville Police Department:
Police in Yorkville are investigating an Identity Theft report made from the 2000 block of Meadowview Lane.
According to a report, police say the ID theft occurred around 1:50 p.m. on Saturday.
No arrests have been announced. Investigation is ongoing.
A motor vehicle burglary is under further investigation in Yorkville after it was reported over the weekend.
Yorkville Police say the incident occurred on Saturday around midnight.
It wasn't stated what was taken but a vehicle was allegedly burglarized in the 1200 block of Marketplace Dr. No arrests have been announced.
Investigation is ongoing.
Oswego Police Department:
Oswego Police say no injuries were reported but the driver of a vehicle took off after a reported Hit and Run accident in Oswego on Monday.
Police say it happened at Route 34 and Heritage Dr. around 12:52 p.m. where a pickup with a driver and passenger inside were struck.
Again, neither were injured. No arrests or citations against anyone have been announced at this point.
A Hit and Run accident and Burglary is under investigation at Oswego East High School in the 1500 block of Harvey Rd.
Oswego Police say they were contacted about the accident around 10:46 a.m. on Monday. According to a report, it is believed the accident occurred around 1:32 a.m. It was not stated what was struck.
No arrests or citations have been announced at this point.
Meanwhile, police dispatch logs and a separate release indicate a burglary to a building at the school was reported at the same time, and the alleged burglary is believed to have occurred around 12:35 a.m.
It was also not stated if anything was taken.
LaSalle County Sheriff's Office:
One person was injured and cited in a four-vehicle crash that occurred in LaSalle County, northwest of Ottawa on Friday.
The LaSalle County Sheriff's Office reports that the accident happened around 10:15 a.m. at Route 6 near E. 14th Rd. in rural Wallace Township.
According to a report, a 61 year-old Marseilles man was stopped, waiting to turn onto Route 6 in a turn late with a 58 year-old Ottawa man stopped behind him.
The sheriff's office says 66 year-old Patti Piercy of Ottawa allegedly failed to stop and struck the rear of the Ottawa man's vehicle, forcing him into the Marseilles man's vehicle.
The collision forced the Marseilles man's vehicle into the opposite lane which resulted in a head-on collision with a fourth vehicle, being driven by a 41 year-old LaSalle man.
All of the vehicle occupants, except Piercy, refused treatment on scene. The sheriff's office says Piercy was taken by Wallace Fire and EMS to OSF St. Elizabeth Hospital in Ottawa for treatment.
She was also cited for Driving Too Fast for Conditions and was released on a notice to appear.
