Kendall County Sheriff's Office:

Officials with the Kendall County Sheriff's Office are currently investigating a domestic battery incident that occurred on Monday.

According to a report, deputies responded to the 100 blk. of Kevin Ln. at around 6:16 p.m. to investigate a report of a missing person.

While on the scene, deputies learned that an alleged domestic battery took place.

An investigation is on-going.

LaSalle County Sheriff's Office:

An Ottawa man was arrested for DUI and other offenses following a single vehicle accident near Ottawa on Sunday.

According to the LaSalle County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to the area of E. 15th Rd. and N. 2975th Rd. at around 5:43 a.m. to investigate.

Upon arrival, deputies arrested 20-year-old Cody Fleming of Ottawa for DUI, DUI over .08; he was additionally cited for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident.

Fleming was transported to the LaSalle County Jail, where he was later released with a notice to appear for a future court date.

A Ransom man was injured and cited following a single vehicle accident near Marseilles on Thursday.

According to the LaSalle County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to the area of E. 25th Rd. and N. 22nd Rd. at around 5:09 a.m. to investigate.

Upon arrival, deputies found that 34-year-old Jacob Sibert of Ransom was traveling in the area when for an unknown reason his vehicle left the roadway and entered a cornfield on the west side of the road.

Marseilles EMS transported Sibert to an area hospital for treatment of minor injuries; he was cited in the accident for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident.

Oswego Police Department:

Officials with the Oswego Police Department are currently investigating a criminal damage to property incident that occurred on Sunday.

According to a report, officers responded to the 0-100 blk. of Park St. at around 9:30 a.m. on Monday to investigate.

The victim reported to officers that a tire on their vehicle had been slashed, resulting in $600 in damage.

An investigation is on-going.

Officials with the Oswego Police Department are currently investigating a theft incident that occurred on Monday.

According to a report, officers responded to the 100 blk. of Chesterfield Dr. at around 11:30 a.m. to investigate.

A grill cover, valued at $50, was reported stolen from the victim's backyard.

An investigation is on-going.

An Oswego man was arrested for DUI and other charges following an incident in Oswego on Monday.

According to the Oswego Police Department, officers responded to the 300 blk. of Millstream Ln. at around 4:01 p.m. to investigate.

Upon arrival, officers arrested 24-year-old Adrian Zaragoza-Martinez of Eisenhower Dr. for DUI, Leaving the Scene of an Accident and Reckless Driving; he was additionally cited for Driving Too Fast for Conditions and Improper Lane Usage.

Zaragoza-Martinez was transported to the Oswego Police Department for booking; he was released on bond and was given an Oct. 24 court date.
