Kendall County Sheriff's Office:

Officials with the Kendall County Sheriff's Office are currently investigating an identity theft incident that occurred near Newark at some point between Jul. 29 and Aug. 23.

According to a report, deputies responded to the 8000 blk. of Finnie Rd. at around 12:57 p.m. to investigate.

The complainant reported that several unauthorized charges had been made on a retailer's credit card.

An investigation is on-going.

Officials with the Kendall County Sheriff's Office are currently investigating a harassment by electronic communication incident that occurred south of Lisbon on Monday.

According to a report, deputies responded to the 12000 blk. of Hill Rd. in Big Grove Twp. at around 6:54 p.m. to investigate.

An investigation is on-going.

Kendall County Sheriff's deputies responded to a criminal damage to property incident that occurred in Minooka on Monday.

According to a report, deputies were dispatched to the 3200 blk. of Van Dyke Rd. at around 5:58 p.m. to investigate.

Three suspects were allegedly found on the property and were identified.

Due to the victim not wanting to sign complaints, all three suspects were released on scene.

Oswego Police Department:

Officials with the Oswego Police Department are currently investigating a retail theft incident that occurred on Monday.

According to a report, officers responded to a business in the 4500 blk. of Rt. 71 at around 9:45 a.m. to investigate.

Upon arrival, officers found that two suspects allegedly stole six bottles of alcohol and fled the scene.

The suspects are described as a white male, 40-years-old, around 6' tall with a medium build and brown hair who was last seen wearing a pink jacket and dark pants and a white female, 40-years-old, around 5'5'' tall with a medium build and brown hair who was last seen wearing a black and white sweat-suit.

An investigation is on-going.

A Benicia, Calif. man was arrested for DUI following an incident in Oswego on Monday.

According to the Oswego Police Department, the incident occurred in the area of Schofield Dr. and Weaver Rd. at around 11:50 p.m.

Upon investigation, officers arrested 48-year-old Deependr Pandher of Bantry Way for DUI.

Pandher was transported to the Kendall County Jail for booking.

Officials with the Oswego Police Department are currently investigating a retail theft incident that occurred on Sunday.

According to a report, officers responded to the 1100 blk. of Douglas Rd. at around 5:18 p.m. to investigate.

Alcohol was allegedly stolen in the incident. Two suspects were described as a white male and a white female.

An investigation is on-going.

Plano Police Department:

A Somonauk woman was arrested for DUI following an incident in Plano on Tuesday.

According to the Plano Police Department, officers responded to the area of Rt. 34 and Chilton Way at around 12:04 a.m. to investigate.

Upon investigation, officers arrested 43-year-old Shelly Noble of W. Pine St. for DUI.

Noble was transported to the Plano Police Department for booking, where she was later released after posting bond.
