DeKalb County Sheriff's Office:
A Cortland man was arrested on a number of warrants following an incident in Cortland on Tuesday.
According to the DeKalb County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to the 300 blk. of S. Somonauk Rd. at around 9:58 p.m. for a warrant service.
Upon arrival, deputies took 40-year-old Jose Colin-Delgado of S. Somonauk Rd. into custody on a warrant for DUI.
Colin-Delgado posted bond and was released.
Kendall County Sheriff's Office:
According to the Kendall County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to the 300 blk. of S. Madison St. at around 6:35 a.m. for a warrant service.
Upon arrival, deputies made contact with 19-year-old Dacota Montana of S. Madison St.
Montana had a valid warrant out of Kendall County for Theft, as well as a valid warrant out of DeKalb County for Resisting a Peace Officer, out for his arrest.
Deputies placed Montana into custody and transported him to the Kendall County Jail for booking.
According to a report, deputies responded to the area of Big Grove Rd. and Townhouse Rd. at around 11:35 a.m. to investigate.
Officials say a blue semi-truck reportedly side-swiped a parked delivery vehicle in the area before leaving the scene.
The case is under investigation at this time.
According to the Oswego Police Department, the incident occurred at the school in the 1500 blk. of Harvey Rd. at around 1:05 p.m.; officers responded at around 2:04 p.m. to investigate.
Upon arrival, officers took a juvenile into custody for Unlawful Possession of Alcohol by a Minor.
The juvenile was released to their parents following the incident.
According to the Oswego Police Department, officers responded to the 400 blk. of Prairieview Dr. at around 2:17 a.m. to investigate.
Upon arrival, officers arrested 29-year-old Amanda Ferrer of Prairieview Dr. for Domestic Battery.
Ferrer was transported to the Kendall County Jail for booking.
