Kendall County Sheriff's Office:

Officials with the Kendall County Sheriff's Office are currently investigating a criminal damage to property incident that occurred in Boulder Hill on Tuesday.

According to a report, deputies responded to the 100 blk. of Harbor Dr. at around 5:57 p.m. to investigate.

No further details were provided.


Montgomery Police Department:

Montgomery Police officers responded to a report of juveniles allegedly shooting fireworks off the roof of an elementary school in the village on Monday.

According to a report from the police department, officers responded to Lakewood Creek Elementary School in the 2300 blk. of Lakewood Creek Dr. at around 1:08 a.m. for a report of juveniles shooting off fireworks from the roof of the building.

Officials say while it was determined to be juveniles, there were no injuries and no charges have yet been filed.

An investigation is on-going.


Plano Police Department:

A Plano man was arrested on a number of in-state warrants following an incident in Plano on Tuesday.

According to the Plano Police Department, officers responded to the 500 blk. of Ramsden Rd. at around 9:50 p.m.

Upon investigation, officers learned that an argument involving 32-year-old Mauro Jacobo of Ramsden Rd. had occurred at the scene.

Officers later discovered that Jacobo was wanted on warrants out of Kendall, DuPage and Kane Counties; he was additionally wanted by Aurora PD for traffic violations.

Jacobo was arrested and was transported to the Kendall County Jail for booking procedures.


Yorkville Police Department:

Yorkville Police officers responded to a domestic battery incident on Tuesday night.

According to a report from the police department, officers responded to the 2900 blk. of Grande Trl. at around 5:30 p.m. for a report of a domestic incident.

Officials say a woman allegedly reached into the open trunk of a vehicle that was owned by her ex-wife to retrieve a hairbrush without her permission.

The ex-wife allegedly attempted to close the trunk and was pushed by the woman as the trunk lid hit her in the head.

No injuries were reported, and no arrests were made.
