Kendall County Sheriff's Office:

A Yorkville man was arrested for Domestic Battery following an incident near Yorkville on Tuesday.

According to the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to the 2300 blk. of Rt. 34 at around 5:07 p.m. to investigate.

Upon investigation, deputies arrested 29-year-old Michael Schmidt of Rt. 34 for Domestic Battery and Criminal Trespass to Residence.

Schmidt was transported to the Kendall County Jail for booking.

Officials with the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office are currently investigating a criminal trespass to real property incident that occurred in Boulder Hill on Tuesday.

According to a report, deputies responded to the 100 blk. of Boulder Hill Pass at around 8:42 p.m. to investigate.

An Oswego Twp. woman was arrested for Domestic Battery following an incident in Oswego Twp. early Wednesday morning.

According to the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to the 100 blk. of Harbor Dr. at around 2:13 a.m. to investigate.

Upon arrival, deputies arrested 27-year-old Joanne Alvarez for Domestic Battery.

Alvarez was transported to the Kendall County Jail for booking.

Montgomery Police Department:

An Aurora man was arrested for Retail Theft following an incident in Montgomery on Tuesday.

According to the Montgomery Police Department, officers responded to the 1200 blk. of Ogden Ave. at around 12:45 p.m. to investigate.

Upon arrival, officers found that 49-year-old Michael Wilson of Foxcroft Dr. allegedly took merchandise from a business without paying.

Wilson was arrested for felony Retail Theft and was transported to the Kendall County Jail for booking.

Oswego Police Department:

Officials with the Oswego Police Department are currently investigating a fraud incident that occurred on Tuesday.

According to a press release, officers responded to the 400 blk. of Sudbury Cir. at around 3:46 p.m. to investigate.

Upon arrival, officers found that a scam was created on the victim’s computer to obtain bank records.

Around $990 was reported stolen in the incident.

An investigation is on-going.

Officials with the Oswego Police Department are currently investigating a criminal damage to property incident that occurred on Monday.

According to a press release, officers responded to the 700 blk. of Cole Ave. at around 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday to investigate.

Around $150 in property damage at a well site was reported.

Officials with the Oswego Police Department are currently investigating a burglary from motor vehicle incident that occurred on Tuesday.

According to a press release, officers responded to the 2000 blk. of Rt. 34 at around 7:35 p.m. to investigate.

Around $250 in property was reported stolen; an investigation is on-going.
