An Aurora man was recently sentenced in Kendall County Court to six years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for unlawful delivery of a controlled substance.
Kendall County Court records show that 25 year-old Christian Salgado of S. Highland Ave. in Aurora was sentenced on January 9th to six years after he pleaded guilty to a Class X felony charge of Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Substance.
As WSPY reported in May of 2018, Kendall County Police Assistance Team Officials said Salgado's arrest came as the result of a long-term investigation.
Salgado was arrested the night of May 8th at a business in the 2000 block of Orchard Rd. in Montgomery for sales of Ecstasy or MDMA.
He had been charged with three counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance and three counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was later accused of multiple sales later in the year.
Court records show Salgado will be required to serve three years of mandatory supervised release at the conclusion of his sentence.
