A Boulder Hill man, who has several past arrests, is charged in Oswego for allegedly resisting arrest and obstructing police during a trespassing incident at an Oswego business on Monday night.
Oswego Police say they were called to the business in the 0 to 10 block of E. Merchants Dr. around 11:03 p.m. to investigate an incident.
At the scene, 37 year-old Matthew Duvall of Afton Dr. was arrested for Criminal Trespass to a Residence, Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest and Obstructing a Peace Officer.
Police say there were injuries reported, though, they did not say if anyone required hospital transport.
As WSPY has previously reported, Duvall has been arrested twice, earlier this year. In August, Duvall allegedly resisted arrest and resisted a peace officer during a warrant arrest at Duvall's residence where Kendall County Sheriff's deputies took him into custody.
Duvall was also arrested earlier that month by Oswego Police for Retail Theft and for allegedly trespassing on property on Route 34 that he was not allowed to be at.
An additional Retail Theft and Criminal Trespass to Property arrest occurred in June of 2018 and Duvall was arrested at his residence in January of 2018 for an alleged Assault.
In Monday's arrest, Duvall was transported to the Kendall County Jail for booking on $2,500 bail.
