A barn was found fully engulfed when several fire agencies responded to the scene of a fire near Yorkville on Saturday evening.
Bristol-Kendall Fire crews were called to the scene in the 10700 block of Church Rd. at 6:01 p.m. on Saturday, according to dispatch logs.
The property is a fomer shooting range, though, any relation to the property's former use is not believed to be a factor relating to the cause of the fire.
Officials say no injuries were sustained to firefighters or any civilians. The fire is also not believed to be suspicious but accidental, though, the official cause remains under investigation.
In addition to Bristol-Kendall, Little Rock-Fox, Lisbon-Seward, Oswego, Newark, Sandwich and Morris Fire assisted while Montgomery-Countryside, Plainfield and Sugar Grove Fire aided in station coverage.
