A Gardner man required extrication from his vehicle in a personal injury accident near Oswego in rural Na-Au-Say Twp. on Thursday.
According to the Kendall County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to the area of Rt. 126 and Grove Rd. at around 5:51 p.m. to investigate.
Upon arrival of authorities, 49-year-old Scott Johnson of S. Jackson St. required extrication from his vehicle.
Johnson was transported to Rush Copley Hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.
Deputies cited Johnson in the accident for Failure to Yield at a Stop Intersection and No Proof of Insurance.
No other injuries were reported.
