Accidents left motorists and passengers injured in Little Rock and Kendall Townships on Thursday.
The Kendall County Sheriff's Office says deputies responded to the intersection of Walker Rd. and Ashley Rd. around 4:57 a.m. for a two-vehicle accident.
According to a report, 35 year-old April Miles of Lakewood Dr. in Morris was driving a vehicle when she allegedly failed to stop at a stop intersection and struck another vehicle.
The sheriff's office says that she, along with, 59 year-old Douglas Coppes of Lakewood Dr. in Morris and 57 year-old Ronald Fairbairn of Linebarger Ct. in Elwood, were all treated for non-life threatening injuries by Bristol Kendall EMS and were released on scene.
Miles was additionally cited for Failure to Yield at a Stop Intersection.
In another accident that was not related, deputies investigated an accident involving a semi and a vehicle at Galena Rd. and Rock Creek Rd. around 8:22 a.m.
The sheriff's office says that investigation found that the semi, being driven by 42 year-old Arturo Abasta of Madison St. in Forest Park, allegedly struck a vehicle being driven by 39 year-old Fernando Bohorquez-Vega of Fayette St. in Sandwich.
Bohorquez-Vega was stopped, waiting to turn when his vehicle was struck by the semi. He and a passenger, 46 year-old Joel Ravera of Wentworth Dr. in Sandwich were both hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.
Abasta was not injured but was cited for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident.
