At its 9:00 a.m. meeting on Tuesday, the Kendall County Board bill consider approval of a three-year salary employment agreement with County Administrator Scott Koeppel.
The agreement has an option for a fourth year beginning on December 1, 2023.
Koeppel's current base salary is $133,251. He currently receives benefits totaling $41,149.15.
If approved on Tuesday, Koeppel's salary will be raised to $138,581 on December 1 of this year, with an optional one-year automatic renewal.
Koeppel's salary will then increase to $144,134 on December 1, 2021, $144,889 on December 1, 2022 and $154,386 on December 1, 2023.
Koeppel came to Kendall County as Technology Director in 2015 and was appointed County Administrator in December of 2017.
The Kendall County Board will also consider the approval of Phase 3 construction services engineering agreement with HR Green for project management of the Eldamain Road bridge from River Rd. to Fox Rd. Cost of the agreement is $3,559,124.
The Kendall County Forest Preserve Commission will also meet on Tuesday morning.
The two meetings are being held on the third floor of the historic Kendall County Courthouse because of the remodeling of the County Board room in the County Office Building.
