A Montgomery man was arrested for Aggravated Domestic Battery following an incident in Montgomery on Sunday.
According to the Montgomery Police Department, officers responded to the 700 blk. of Oakton Rd. at around 4:40 a.m. to investigate.
Upon arrival, officers found that 45-year-old Antonio Harrison of Oakton Rd. allegedly struck a household member.
Harrison was placed into custody and was transported to the Montgomery Police Department. While looking into prior arrests, it was determined that Harrison had at least one prior conviction for Domestic Battery.
Due to the prior charge, Harrison's charge was enhanced from a Class A misdemeanor to a Class 4 felony.
Officers transported Harrison to the Kane County Jail for booking.
