A Montgomery woman is facing a felony Battery charge, among others, after police allege an investigation found she battered a family member on three separate occasions.
Montgomery Police say they responded to a residence in the 1300 block of Raymond Dr. around 10:16 p.m. on Tuesday night in regards to a Domestic Battery that occurred.
Through the investigation, police allege it was determined that 25 year-old Natalie Hernandez of the address had battered the victim on three separate occasions.
Hernandez was placed into custody on a felony Battery charge, which police say is due to the victim's age, which wasn't given in a statement to press.
Misdemeanor counts of Domestic Battery and Interfering with the Reporting of Domestic Violence were also given. Hernandez is accused of taking the victim's phone after the victim said she was going to call 9-1-1.
Hernandez was transported to the Kane County Jail for booking.
