A Yorkville man has been identified as the motorcyclist who was killed in a two-vehicle crash around 10:40 a.m. on Sunday near the Kendall County Fairgrounds.

According to the Kendall County Sheriff's Office, 24 year-old Brandon Howard of Ament Rd. in Yorkville was operating the motorcycle, and he was killed in the accident.

The sheriff's office says that Howard was westbound on Legion Rd. when his motorcycle was struck by a Nissan Armada driven by 75 year-old Carol Lindholm of E. Highpoint Rd. in Yorkville.

According to the sheriff's office, Lindholm was southbound on E. Highpoint Rd. and apparently pulled out in front of Howard's motorcycle.

No tickets have yet be issued by investigating Kendall County Sheriff's deputies.

Howard was airlifted from the scene to Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove where he was pronounced dead.

Lindholm and a passenger in her vehicle were transported to Rush-Copley Hospital by Little Rock-Fox paramedics.
