A Yorkville man was hospitalized in a rollover crash that occurred, north of Sandwich on Wednesday night.
The DeKalb County Sheriff's Office reports that deputies responded to the area of E. Sandwich Rd., north of Coy Rd. around 11:27 p.m. for a single-vehicle accident.
The sheriff's office says 36 year-old Steven Holich of Evergreen Ln. in Yorkville was driving his vehicle northbound on E. Sandwich Rd. when he allegedly crossed the center line and went into a southbound ditch.
Holich's vehicle overturned and he was transported from the scene by Sandwich Fire and was taken to Valley West Hospital in Sandwich.
No other injuries were reported. The sheriff's office says Holich was cited for Improper Lane Usage and for having No Valid Proof of Insurance.
