A 46 year-old Oswego man, who was the driver of a vehicle that crashed at Route 71 and Regal Oak Ct. in Oswego on Wednesday afternoon, is facing several felony counts for Aggravated DUI, as well as other charges.
Oswego Police say they were called to the single-vehicle accident around 2:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
John Crandall of Bellevue Cir. was injured in the crash, as was a passenger, 43 year-old Scott Staffeldt of Yorkville. Police say that Crandall is charged with three counts of Aggravated DUI Causing Great Bodily Harm.
He is also facing a felony count of Driving While License Revoked as well as citations for Improper Lane Usage and having No Valid Insurance.
Crandall was arrested around 8:15 p.m. after his release from an area hospital. It's not clear if Staffeldt, who was also transported to a hospital, has been released.
Crandall was transported to the Kendall County Jail and has a court date pending in December.
