Officials with the Oswego Police Department are investigating after over $2,000 in merchandise was reported stolen from a business on Wednesday.
According to a report, officers responded to a business in the 300 blk. of Chicago Rd. at around 3:45 p.m. on Friday to investigate. Officials say the incident is thought to have occurred at around 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
Upon investigation, officers found that three unknown subjects allegedly took $2,170 worth of perfume and left the store without rendering payment.
An investigation is on-going.
