An Oswego woman was arrested for DUI-Drugs and was issued other citations in a Yorkville crash that injured the passenger of a second vehicle.
Yorkville Police say the crash happened on Monday around 3:15 p.m. at Route 34 and Route 47.
According to a report, 28 year-old Kara Fecarotta-Lumino of Half Round Rd. in Oswego was driving west on Route 34 on a green light when she allegedly swerved and struck two pedestrian control signal poles and struck a vehicle being driven by a 50 year-old Yorkville man.
Fecarotta - Lumino was followed to the 500 block of W. Kendall Dr. by a witness and the vehicle that was struck. Police say they conducted an investigation at that location which resulted in a DUI-Drugs charge. Fecarotta - Lumino was also issued a DUI citation and she was cited for Improper Lane Usage and No Proof of Insurance.
Police say a 44 year-old female passenger from Yorkville signed a medical refusal for self transport to an area hospital.
The driver of the vehicle that was struck was uninjured. Three juvenile passengers were also uninjured.
