Our sister station WCSJ reports that a Minooka woman was arrested on several charges after a traffic stop around 2:30 a.m. on Monday.
Minooka Police Chief Justin Meyer said Melissa Nosal was reportedly driving erratically near Ridge Road and was arrested for DUI.
During the traffic stop, Nosal allegedly struck the officer with her knee and also tried using her head as a weapon.
When at the Minooka Police Department, Meyer said Nosal allegedly broke the booking room camera and damaged a computer used for fingerprinting.
