An allegedly armed man, who has not been identified at this point, was taken into custody after Aurora Police say he ran from custody on Tuesday evening.
Officers responded to the 600 block of South Broadway Ave. after a man allegedly armed with a handgun ran from officers.
Police say a K-9 unit was able to quickly track the suspect to a nearby backyard and the suspect was taken in custody and a firearm has been recovered.
