Two Oswego men are facing charges in relation to an alleged home invasion incident in Boulder Hill on Friday morning.

The Kendall County Sheriff's Office says in an update that 29 year-old Jesus Villegas and 26 year-old Adrian Villegas, both of Manhattan Circle, are charged with two counts of Class X felony Home Invasion and Possession of a Stolen Firearm.

Jesus Villagas is additionally charged with Unlawful Use of Weapon by a Felon and he was picked up on warrants out of various counties for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Cannabis.

Kendall County Sheriff's deputies along with officers from the Oswego Police Department, Montgomery Police Department, Kane County Sheriff’s Office and Aurora Police Department were dispatched to a home invasion in Boulder Hill that occurred around 6:45 a.m. in the 0-100 Block of Saugatuck Road.

In an update just before Noon on Friday, sheriff's officials told WSPY that they were still processing the scene. Officials said "a couple" of individuals were transported to an area hospital as a precaution following the home invasion that allegedly occurred, though, additional information wasn't able to be provided.

Officials could not confirm in that update whether shots were fired during the incident and further information wasn't given.

However, Kendall County Sheriff Dwight Baird also gave an update about a sheriff's deputy credited for apprehending one of the suspects.

He said in a post that Friday was the 20th anniversary for Deputy Michael Tsusaki and that Deputy Tsusaki responded to the call of a home invasion, "involving armed subjects, that were wearing masks, and had possibly shot a person and they were fleeing from the scene. Deputy Tsusaki spotted the suspects and without hesitation gave chase and ultimately apprehended one of the suspects, whom was armed."
