A Yorkville man is facing a misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct charge following an incident Friday night where he allegedly "mooned" a cashier and customers in an establishment after being denied the purchase of alcohol.
Yorkville Police say 53 year-old Timothy Baker of N. Bridge St. was arrested Friday around 6:34 p.m. in the 1400 block of N. Bridge St.
Police were called to the establishment where it was discovered that Baker had allegedly entered the business intoxicated and he was attempting to purchase alcohol.
