Sandwich residents will see the last leaf vacuuming pick-up this week.
According to City Engineer Tom Horak, leaves will be vacuumed in Ward 1, except for the Sandhurst subdivision, on Monday.
Ward 2, except for Fairwinds subdivision, will have leaf pick-up on Tuesday.
Ward 3 leaves will be vacuumed on Wed., and Ward 4 leaves will be picked up on Thursday.
Sandhurst and Fairwinds will have leaves picked up on Friday.
Last year the city extended leaf pick-up one week because so many leaves were still on the trees.
Horak will discuss the leaf vacuuming program at Monday's Sandwich City Council Committee of the Whole meeting.
In other business at Monday's meeting, Horak will also discuss the 2019 Little Rock Creek Watershed Plan.
Also on the agenda is a discussion of the 2019 sub-basins A & E Sanitary Sewer Evaluation Survey.
And Horak will also lead a discussion on the pending Gletty Rd. Dump Clean-Up Project.
Monday's meeting begins at 7:00 p.m. in the council chambers in the City Hall Annex at 128 E. Railroad St. in Sandwich.
