A Sandwich man was arrested after he allegedly chased a victim with a knife on Saturday.
According to the Sandwich Police Department, 29-year-old Armando Guzman of Wentworth Dr. is charged with Aggravated Assault.
Officials say officers were called to the area of the 300 blk. of Wentworth Dr. at around 10:44 p.m. following reports that Guzman was allegedly chasing a victim with a knife.
Guzman allegedly ditched the knife upon arrival of officers on scene, but officials say that officers recovered it a short time later.
No injuries were reported in Saturday's incident.
As WSPY has previously reported, Guzman has been arrested by Sandwich PD numerous times in the past two years. Guzman was most recently arrested by Sandwich PD on Sept. 23, 2018 for Disorderly Conduct.
Officers transported Guzman to the DeKalb County Jail for booking.
