A 17 year-old male juvenile is facing a weapons charge after he and another teen were arrested after police allegedly found the first juvenile to be in possession of a firearm, early Wednesday morning.
Oswego Police responded to the 1000 block of Wolf Rd. around 1:05 a.m. on Wednesday where two juveniles were walking along the roadway. A responding officer made contact with the juveniles and police say one was arrested for allegedly possessing a firearm.
He is charged with Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon. A second 17 year-old male was also allegedly in possession of alcohol and was charged for Illegal Possession of Alcohol by a Minor.
Both were taken into custody to the Oswego Police Department where they were released to parents with pending court dates.
