Four Mendota residents are facing charges after police found a woman lying unconscious on the sidewalk last week.
Around midnight on Tuesday, patrolling Mendota police officers found 20-year-old Joslyn M. Hopkins passed out on the sidewalk in the 600 block of Main Street. She was arrested and ticketed for consumption of alcohol by a person under age 21 and being in a tavern.
Two bartenders are charged with allowing Hopkins in the tavern and allowing her to consume alcohol. They are 26-year-old Heather R. Vickrey and Tyson K. Davis, both of Mendota.
A fourth person, 21-year-old Aydrianah J. Carter of Mendota, is charged with supplying alcohol to Hopkins and accompanying her into a tavern.
All four were given a December court date.
