Our sister station WCSJ reports that a 32-year-old Diamond woman was arrested by the Morris Police Department for allegedly stabbing another individual on Thursday afternoon.
Morris Police Deputy Chief Chad Skelton said a disturbance between two individuals was taking place outside a business in the 1900 block of North Division Street.
Skelton said that’s when Kandice Hein told the two individuals to be quiet. The two individuals then told Hein to mind her own business and that’s when one of them was stabbed in the arm with a four inch knife by the female.
The man was transported by the Morris Fire Protection and Ambulance District to Morris Hospital for his injuries.
Hein was arrested for Aggravated Battery and transported to the Grundy County Jail.
