Yorkville Police say a 19 year-old Aurora man was arrested with a controlled substance, amid a DUI-Drug arrest that was made, early Friday morning.
Police responded to the 2000 block of Hobbs Ln. around 12:53 a.m. for a suspicious person report. When police arrived on scene, they say they spoke to 19 year-old Brandon Taylor of Heather Glen Dr. in Aurora.
After further investigation, police say it was found that Taylor had been driving under the influence. He was additionally found with a controlled substance.
A felony charge for Possession of a Controlled Substance was filed and Taylor was also charged with a misdemeanor DUI-Drug offense.
Taylor was transported to the Kendall County Jail where he later posted bond and was released.
