Beverly J Felstead, 71 of Sandwich, IL passed away Thursday, November 21,2019 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born September 20, 1948 in Marshfield, Wisconsin the daughter of Leo and Lillian (Kleiman) Underwood. She married Richard L. Felstead on July 5, 1969 in Abbotsford, WI. She was a member of East West Church in Aurora. She loved photography. She spent ten to fifteen years as a photographer with Lifetouch, taking student pictures. She was also a Physical Therapy Aid, starting for Comprehensive Therapy and she then moved onto work at Valley West where she retired in June 2013. Beverly enjoyed reading, cooking, canning, and sewing. Most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Richard of Sandwich; two sons, Richard Felstead of Sandwich and Robert (Marilou) Felstead of Nevada; two daughters, Carrie (Tom) Reedy of Sandwich and Melissa (Billy) Chism of Sheridan; eight grandchildren, Brittany Felstead, Brigett Felstead, Remmington Felstead, Daniel Reedy, Madison Reedy, Alec Chism, Ashton Chism, and Emily Chism; one sister, Susan (Mark) Sando of WI; one sister-in-law, Joan Frieders of Somonauk; a dear friend, Mary Jane Goslin of Sandwich, and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Letsy Becherer, and two brothers-in-law, David Frieders and Tom Felstead.

Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at Turner-Eighner Funeral Home in Somonauk, with Pastor Lee Mendoza officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Mound Cemetery in Northville Township. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at the Funeral Home in Somonauk.
