Lucille Brockman

Lucille A. Brockman, 87, of Marseilles, passed away January 12, 2020 at Willow Crest Nursing Home in Sandwich.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, January 15 at Seals-Campbell Funeral Home in Marseilles.  Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Marseilles Church of the Nazarene with Reverend Bill Clark officiating. Burial will be in Oakridge Cemetery in Sandwich, IL at a later date

Lucille was born November 4, 1932, in Ottawa, to Shelby and Dorothy (Stern) Underwood. In 1951, she married Robert Brockman, of Marseilles.

Lucille was a member of the Marseilles Church of the Nazarene.

She is survived by five daughters, Jackie (Dale) Johnson of Sandwich, Susan (Dennis) Moss of Big Rock, Julie (Brian) Budwine of Jackson MO, Penny (Doug) Weisberg of Pembroke Pines FL, and Barbara (Brian) Decker of Sandwich; four sons,  Robert Mark (Peggy) Brockman of Marseilles, Craig (Rhonda) Brockman of Earlville, Kevin (Lisa) Brockman of Somonauk, and Blake Brockman of Atalissa IA; twenty eight grandchildren; 62 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; three sisters, Sandra (Denny) Terry, Gloria Hayes, and Rosalie Underwood; and six brothers, Robert (Joyce), Barry (Cindy), Terry (Joanne), Ronald (Pauline), Jerry, and Wayne (Pat) Underwood.

Lucille was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert; one grandson, Anthony Logsdon; one sister Marge Eddy; and three brothers, John Keith in infancy, Richard and James Underwood.

Her grandchildren will be pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the Marseilles Church of the Nazarene.

Aunt Lucille was an amazing Godly women that l will always treasure. She treated me like one of her children. I will truly miss her smile , laughter & hugs.
