Terry Lynn Kuehlem, 70, of Sheridan, Illinois passed away December 24, 2020 at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, IL. He was born March 16, 1950 in Fort Dodge, Iowa the son of Harold John and Shirley Ann (Raymond) Kuehlem. He was an Army veteran serving during the Viet Nam War. He previously worked at Ice Mountain Water Company for many years, later drove a truck for Stewart Farms and Kuehlem Trucking. He loved riding his motorcycle in the great outdoors, most of all being with his family.

He is survived by one son Nickolas Kuehlem of Bryan, OH; his siblings, Rick Kuehlem, of Star Lake, WI, Sharon (Harry) Haggard of Plano, IL, Jody (Jerry) Knobeloch of Sheridan, IL, Sandy (Marty Weber)

Cockriel of Yorkville, IL, and Tim (Stephanie) Kuehlem of Plano, IL; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother John, and his former wife, Doris Clayton.
