The United Methodist Church in Plano together with the Kendall County Community Food Pantry conducted a drive thru for people in the area to pick up boxes of produce and gallons of milk on June 28.

Three hundred sixty-five families were served with gallons of milk and fresh produce of fruit and vegetables.

The food and milk were given out in support of our Covid-affected farmers and producers.

Our team of volunteers from the Seven Mountains Church and the United Methodist Church of Plano loaded vehicles with fresh milk and a box of fresh vegetables and fruit for area families to enjoy.

This was open to the general public and there were no qualifications, paperwork, or IDs needed.  Everyone was welcome.

Pictured are our team of volunteers ready to load vehicles with boxes of fresh produce and gallons of milk.
