COVID-19 vaccination clinics put on by the DeKalb County Health Department will now be open to walk-ins. The clinics had previously been by appointment only. Making an appointment is still encouraged.

The health department is holding a clinic Thursday at Sandwich High School from two to 3:45. The Johnson & Johnson vaccine and Moderna vaccine will be available. There is also a clinic from 8:30 to 10:30 at the Northern Illinois University Convocation Center in DeKalb Thursday.

There are additional vaccine clinics coming up next week at the NIU Convocation Center on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
