Our sister station WCSJ reports that the the Grundy County Board, last week, approved a contract with Cott Systems to preserve documents in the Grundy County Clerk’s Office that are more than 150 years old.

County Clerk Kay Olson explains.

Olson said there will be several steps in the process.

The business will work on entry books 1 through 16, which dates back to 1853 and there will be an estimated 4,800 index images.
