The number of COVID-19 deaths in Kendall County increased from 105 to 106 according to data from the Kendall County Health Department. Weekly new cases in the county are at 477 for a total of 16,321 cases. That's up from last week when there were 294 new cases reported. 56 percent of the county's eligible population is considered to be fully vaccinated against the virus.

There have been 11,043 COVID-19 cases in DeKalb County and 126 deaths. 47 percent of the population is considered to be fully vaccinated. In LaSalle County there have been 14,469 COVID-19 cases and 337 deaths.
