Karly Quarnstrom, of Oswego High School, has been selected as the winner of the 2021 14th District Congressional Art Contest. There were over seventy entries in this year's contest.

Quarnstrom's work will be displayed in the U.S. Capitol to represent the 14th District for a year. Congresswoman Lauren Underwood says she was blown away by all the talent from high school students across the district.

The annual Congressional Art Contest has been happening for over thirty years now.
