The Plano City Council is deciding on a direction after the departure of Public Works Director Nate Bullard. Alderman Ben Eaton says the city is getting by.
Bullard was with the city for just over two and half years. He departed for a job in southern Illinois a few weeks ago.
Eaton says there's not a timeline yet for hiring someone new for the job.
In the meantime, Eaton says that city staff will be able to handle things.
Eaton says that Bullard left the job for personal reasons. One big road project the city is working on is the reconstruction of Lew Street.
